CB blew my fuse to back-up camera

i have a 2000 newmar with a cb. the other day i turned it on and it shut down my panasonic back up camera and radio, i pulled the cable from it and it was corroded and must have blown fuse to my panasonic unit. i cant find out where the fuse is located does anyone know where it may be i just removed the mike unit with the cord is the cb unit in the mike thanks tommy

If the CB is an aftermarket it should have had an inline fuse. If it does not or it was a factory accessory then you are going to have to trace either of the component's hot wire back to the fuse block. The back up camera should be marked on the wirediagraml Both the CB and the Radio should be using a very low watt fuse and should not be connected to a fuse above about 1 watt. When you say your removed a corroded cord what cord were you speaking about?

cb

the cord i removed was the cord from the mike to i dont know where but on the inline connector it was coreded off, from the mike to i dont know where this cord went to it was a option on this coach, all functions were on the mike volume, and all controls, i need someone with the panasonic camera unit to respond thanks

I have the Panasonic Camera and it is fused on the fuse block in my dash compartment on my Allegro Bus so it will not be located in the same place as yours. If you don't have a manuel with the fuse locations I would contact Newmar and see if they can help you with the location, or make the post on the Newmar forum.
