Charging Chassis Batteriers

2021 Tiffin Red 33AA- on 50amp shore power for 8 days. How do chassis batteries remain ‘charged up’ during this time? I assume with 50amp shore power there is NO draw on house batteries but chassis batteries remain idle for 8 days ?

Thanks

Your inverter/charger will keep them topped off.

Through what device-- several ways this can be done?

The inverter/charger charges the house bank.

Newer MH seem to have gone to a BCC "battery control center". A smart control battery combiner box.

My inverter/charger also charges the house bank. When that charge gets to 13.3 or greater, a relay opens and the charge goes through and charges the chassis batteries.

On my 2015 when I plug into shore power inverter bulk/float charges my house bank. Once house bank reaches a certain voltage (maybe 13vdc) power is supplied to chassis batteries. It's supplied to chassis batts through a solenoid that's tied to the house bank.
