Looking at a 1997 Beaver Patriot 40' Brandywine. This was the year Beaver and Safari switched from Gillig and started with their own 'Magnum' chassis. Does anyone know if the 97's still had the Gillig?

Thanks to both of you. I'm thinking it is a Monaco chassis too. One would think since Gillig was going to get out that Monaco had something in the mill. Will check factory sticker when I inspect.
1997 is Pre Monaco, the Beavers & Safari's came off the same assembly line in Burns Oregon that year but I believe the Beavers did not use the magnum chassis's. My 1997 Serengeti is a Magnum Chassis. I think there is a Beavers specific Yahoo website that can fill you in on all of the correct details. By the way, folks either Love or Hate the Magnum chassis's.
