I carry a spare pump, because I carried a spare in my last RV and kept it when I traded it in. But, I can't find the pump in my Safari Gazelle. :P

I have coachman I had the same problem, they put the pump under the bed
,very odd place to put a water pump, the way I found mine was to disconnect from city water; turn your pump on then turn on a water faucet, keep listening, you should be able to trace down the noise that the pump makes.
happy traveling

In my last RV, the pump was under the bed and easy to switch out. And, it is exactly WHY I switched it, because if anyone got up in the night to do their thing, when they hit the water it would wake me up. In this one, everything is very different, and I have no idea where it is. I can hear it, but I can't find it.

if you have a young person around; they have much better hearing than us old geezers; get one of them to take a a listen I'll bet they will trace it down for you.

Mine is under the bed but hidden behind an access panel that could only be reached from the back of one of the storage bays.

Yours should be close to where your fresh water tank fill spout is located.

This was a great thread seeing how different people handled the different water qualities... until the topic got derailed. Unsubscribing...
