Class A 1992 5.9 Cummins Diesel pusher

I have got a 1992 34 foot Diesel pusher with a 5.9 Cummins engine. I blew a radiator hose last spring and cooked two cylinders of the engine.
I removed the engine and completely rebuilt it (bord .040) Hot tanked the head and block and replaced several valves and ground the seats. We also planed the head. I put all new pistons, rings, and bearings in it. All new gaskets and seals.

I replaced all fuel and oil filters and replaced the lift pump. I also replaced the turbocharger.

The engine went together really nice.

Now the engine starts and runs really nice, but it acts like it's running out of fuel and when I drive it sometimes I have to top a hill at 25 or 30 MPH.
Did I get the wrong Lift pump and do they make them with different PSI's for that engine.

Thank You so much for your help and advice.

Which injector pump is your engine equipped with ?
Two possible in the pictures below .

Both these mechanical injection pumps have a very critical removal/installation/timing procedure .

Thanks for your response. The engine has a P7100 injector pump on it. I know the timing is correct on the pump. I've worked on several diesels and went right by the book on the timing. I thought about advancing it some, but decided not to.

I put a cheap electric lift pump in line with the manual lift pump andit will maintain a road speed of around 60 to 65 MPH.

They have several lift pumps listed with several different prices. Can you give me the correct part number for the pump for this 1992 5.9 engine?

Thanks again

Not have done this myself there is a fuel plate and AFC that basically governs power on P7100. As well as other mods. You may inadvertently govern to lower HP and torque.
I'm not saying crank this stuff up.... but look into all other possibilities first. Such as proper boost, fuel flow Pac brake full open.
