Class A Motorhome Mirror Assemby Needed ASAP

2006 Monaco Monarch SE Class A

Need the entire mirror assembly for my Motorhome.
Cant drive without it.

The electronic gate at an RV Campground came down on the passenger mirror and broke the arm in half. Of course the mirror is broken, but the entire arm broke in two. The metal or aluminum rod on the inside of the arm broke in two.

I have searched online and cant seem to find what I need? The motorhome is a 2006 and the mirror are NOT electric or heated.

Time is important, as I said cannot drive without it.

Your mirror is either a Ramco or Velvac.

My 2002 Windsor has Velvac 2030 model.
I broke my mirror off and contacted Velvac, they helped me identify the part and had it shipped expedited shipping, had it 2 days.

I'm going to guess it's a Ramco. Even though Monaco used both Velvac and Ramco during the mid-2000s, by looking at photos of a 2006 Monaco Monarch, it appears yours may be a Ramco.

As has been discussed previously, the way you can supposedly tell easily if a mirror is Ramco or Velvac is the head mounting position.

A modern Velvac mirror will have its head offset slightly from the middle of the mirror. A Ramco mount will be centered on the mirror head.

I'd at least call Ramco tomorrow and ask them for their assistance if you can't find any markings on the mirror arm or head.

Ramco has very good customer assistance.

Ramco website with mirror head images and model numbers ...also will have contact information --go HERE

This may be hard to see, but this is a Ramco mirror from that era on a 2005 Diplomat.

There are also a couple of salvage yards that might have it if you have trouble finding it new. One near St. Louis and another somewhere in Arizona.

If you still have the broken mirror remove the mirror from the housing the manufacturer and model number will be found and the housing in raised letters

Thanks everyone. It's a Ramco and they have great customer service. They are able to match our mirror in the black color like ours. They are sending it to us tomorrow.

Slight hijack - suppose you lose a mirror for x-reason, what the heck do you do? Suppose this happens while on the interstate? I can't drive without mirrors. I carry a couple of generic clamp on towing mirrors but they are far from ideal.
