Class A Roofs, what are these?
Was reading the specificions on a couple diesel pusher today and for the roof, one said;
Crowned, Laminated Fiberglass Roof
Another says;
BriteTEK Roof with Walkable Decking.
Can you tell me what that means and are they good or bad?

BriteTek is a type of vinyl (TPO) roofing used on commercial buildings with a material guaranty of 12 years.
Fiberglass is just that, could be a one piece roof or segmented. Might only carry a 1 or 2 year warranty.
Have had both and really prefer the BriteTek as it's quieter (some cushion) and will last just as long. Our '02 DSDP had been stored outside for the 13 years we had it and the roof looked almost brand new. Not quite as resistant to punctures as a fiberglass but far more resistant to hail damage.

Note that both types are just a skin laid over a frame and backer of some sort. Fiberglass sheet is less vulnerable to tears than TPO or rubber (EPDM), but the construction is otherwise largely identical. The edge seams are sealed with lap sealant (aka caulk), as are joints where the many things that stick through the roof penetrate it.
I think both fiberglass and TPO sheeting makes an excellent roof material.

And you can walk on both of them and they should give years of service? Is either one easier to service than the other!

Not really much difference. Both require washing at least once a year as well as checking the sealant around the openings. But I did go one step further with the BriteTek by spraying it with 303 at least yearly but then fiberglass should be washed and waxed or sprayed with 303 too.

I can tell you after having both that I would much rather have the fiberglass when it comes to removing lap sealant! Switched our roof antenna to a travler and the fiberglass roof made it a snap to peel up the old sealant and apply new. Removing sealant on the old TPO roof we had was like pulling gum out of carpet.
