Wow, from some of the suggestions here folks must have some pretty nice storage situations. Heck, I would be thrilled if the place I use had 12ft wide parking spots instead of the 11ft wide spots we are stuck with. I can't open half the cargo bays without pulling the unit out.

There certainly is a wide range of options. At one end is “Just find an open spot on the grass over there and park it. Hope it doesn’t sink”.

At the other end is “Just give us a call 48 hours in advance and we’ll have it parked out front for you”.
Washed and waxed
All tanks filled
Fluids topped up
All systems checked and repaired
Batteries charged
Interior cleaned
Fridge, pantry, bar and bathroom stocked
Tires checked
Oil changes and all maintenance up to date
Chocolates on the pillows

Been following this for a while, thought I would chime in.
I’ve had the luxury of keeping my coach in climate controlled outbuilding on my property for about 11 years now. The DW and I are recent empty nesters and are in the process of downsizing, which means my nice outbuilding will no longer house my coach. I contemplated moving to a neighborhood or even a condo. I looked around for indoor coach storage and found almost none in central IN. There is a facility under construction and they are pre-leasing. FWIW, their rates are $500 per month without power and $700 per month with power. I decided to stay in the country and build another outbuilding and I configured it such that I will be able to rent one spot with power

$200/mo for electric seems outrageous. This fits into the "just because they can" category. Renters must be pretty desperate to pay that.
