Ah! I guess we found part of that by accident, on the way back to FL, when we looped west to avoid a hurricane that was annoying Jacksonville. Found ourselves on this beautiful 4-lane highway out in the middle of nowhere. Never occurred to us, try taking it the other way lol. Now we know!

I personally feel 441 is a very nice drive, if headed east of town, like toward the Smokies

We live about 90 miles north of Atlanta in the North Georgia mountains and when traveling south we always take a route that bypasses the Atlanta Metro area roads since even a minor accident or weather event can turn those highways into one large parking lot. Stop and go traffic is never fun in a car or truck but is a nightmare in a coach pulling a toad.
