Clean water tank is punctured

Hello, I have a Bounder 35K 2014.
I think my clean water tank is punctured or a pipe is broken. The tank empties itself. It does not retain water and the return cap is closed.
How could I access the tank to check it out. The tank moves. I think that the bottom to rub against the underside of the Vr.
Do you have any contacts or I could have it checked and repaired.
I'm in Quebec City
Thanks!

First post I see.

I'm trying to work my way through your question with my memory of high school French : I graduated 55 years ago so this may take a while .

I may have to look for an online translation app.

Thanks to Google Translate on line, this is what the OP is talking about:

Reply: All fresh water tanks have a drain. This drain can be opened using a cable that does not always close the "knife" very well.

In addition, to access this drain you often have to remove some metal cover plates in the basement. (Follow the cable to find the drain.) Then you can replace the rubber seal or the entire assembly depending on what parts are in stock.

My valve maybe the same or different than yours...

I have a Valtera 1.5in Blade Valve.

Note: If the cable METAL SLEEVE is not held down well it can slip. If this is your problem you can easily fix it by using a clip as shown in the picture below. Just anchor the METAL SLEEVE down so the cable can work the valve.

Translation:

Thank you for your answer, but I think the configuration of my RV is different. Here is a picture of the access to the tank that is in the trunk on the passenger side of the RV just after the access to the propane tank. The drain to empty the tank is the big red valve. It sends the water into the overflow pipe. The tank is not accessible, there is a sign underneath. And the floor of the RV above. Can the underside of the RV be removed?

Okay... Try this:

Can I assume you are not leaking water to the ground? ...And that water is escaping from your fresh water tank and filling your gray water tank?

If so, then probably the 3-way water valve, made by Flair-it, is probably broke inside and water flow is not being channeled right.

This valve is located in your water bay. It allows you to choose "City Water" or "Fill Water Tank" and it's probably broke inside.

Note: Your coach may label this valve differently.

* On pump pressure this will take water from the fresh water tank and fill push it to the gray water tank. Do you hear the pump running?

IMPORTANT: You do not need to replace the whole valve. Instead just replace the inside parts.

==> Go to any camping store and buy a Flair-it 3 way valve and take it apart. Then replace the inside parts.

Hope this is your problem. Good luck.

PS
To avoid braking this valve, I recommend you do not move it under water pressure! I.e., move the valve and then connect to city water; or then turn on your pump.
