Using a front-loader, I ran multiple washes putting the OxyClean directly into the drum, and choosing settings most like a soak:
  • Delicate
  • Heavy Soil
  • Low Spin
  • Extra Soak
On my machine, that gave an hour-long wash with cold water where it would soak in the drum for a minute, get a few seconds of spin, then repeat for as long as possible. Probably ran it 4 times with generous helpings of OxyClean, and then a final wash with no detergent at all for a rinse (the OxyClean really foams up in an HE machine).

Laid it out by the pool to dry in the sun.
