Coach battery - Fleetwood Storm
Our 2001 Storm’s 12v coach system is dead.
I find the electrical diagrams but for the life of me I can’t locate the battery.
I expected to find one or two deep cell batteries behind the front bumper in a separate battery box. No luck.
I feel beyond stupid not being able to find it but after walking in circles for about 45 minutes this morning I figured it would be a lot easier to ask.
Thanks for being there, thanks in advance.

Do you know where the converter is located? I would think it's fairly close.
When was the last time this worked for you? Is this a new MH for you?
Does the 12VDC side of things work when you're plugged in?
If this has never worked for you there's a chance the batteries are missing.
Update; According to the electrical diagram I found online your Chassis and House batteries may have the negative cables connecting the batteries together.

On my Southwind, they are located under the entry steps.. One of the steps has a latch on it and hinges.

On my 2013 storm they're located under the steps. Look for 2 big screw heads and undo the panel. My panel is even with the floor. Take the panel off and they should be under it.

Hi Peter! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!
Not familiar with your rig so can't help with that.
Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

COACH batteries
So the winner is under the entry steps.
The folks who had this rig before us had installed beautiful flooring and new mats on the steps. It’s my mistake though I drove an aluminum step van for years and that’s where the battery box was. Should have known.
Thanks to all of you great folks.
