Coach electronics

Have a scan gauge and I like it but wondered if there is a larger screen (like a 5inch) that could be used. Or possibility a different brand. This would be for gas coaches.
Thanks

Can't help with the Scan Gauge question but I use a Silverleaf VMSPc and feed it to a dash mounted HP Netbook for display. I switch back and forth between viewing the VMS data and our Streets & Trips GPS which runs on the Netbook too.

Like Rick, I use the Silverleaf great tool. Get a laptop and plug it in.
VMSpc | SilverLeaf Electronics, Inc.
I use the VMS 330 less on the dash but I should have went that way because you can see more at one time.

I too use Silverleaf VMSPC, very happy with it. For my setup I use a laptop at the passenger side and run a cable to a 9" monitor on the drivers side. I set the laptop up to run two monitors (all new laptops can do this). Using this configuration the driver has unfettered access to the VMSPC and the passenger can navigate with MS Street & Trips.

There are scanners that work with an Android Tablet, IOS Tablet or PC... (I suspect there are ones for MAC as well)

Some of these use Blue Tooth, or Wi-Fi to "Chat" with the tablet or computer.

Screen size is entierly up to you.

And no, I do not ... yet... have one.

Vmspc I think it is only for diesels, other wise looks great. One model will overlay on review monitor.

VmsPC here. I run it on a Microsoft Surface Pro. The computer sits on brackets in front of my dash and displays more info than the standard dash gauges.

One word of caution. I have a CAT C10 and the engine file in the Silverleaf data base is not correct for my engine and my HP and Torque data are not accurate. I've requested a new file but after 5 months, no luck in getting the new file.
