On a scale 1- 10 what's your opinion of these 2. Thinking of purchasing one! Thanks

Two thumbs up for the Bounder. I had an 08 bath and a half and it was almost trouble free.

Bounder Bath and a half thumbs up
As the reply's state, the Fleetwood Bounder is a proven coach! We have a 2008 for several years and love it. Since Coachman is relatively new with the Bath and 1/2 you probably won't hear much, just sayin

We loved our Bounder 35k as well, then took it in for winter service and somehow it morphed into a Discovery...

I've owed a 2013 Coachman Mirada 35 BH, then upgraded within a year to a 2013 Fleetwood Discovery 40G. Very different (DP vs gasser) but the quality and reputation of the Fleetwood is much better, IMHO.

We have owned 4 Bounders over the years. Dollar for dollar there is no better deal out there then the Fleetwood Bounder.

Actually, the Encounter is the peer to the Bounder. The Mirada would be a slight step down in that particular lineup.
Coachmen makes a "value" product - lots of eye candy in the house components (tile, real wood throughout, solid/one piece shower surrounds, corian/tile in kitchen, resi fridge, etc). However, when you look beyond that you begin to see cheaper fit and finish elsewhere (slide mechanisms and seals, thin fiberglass up front, cheap hinges, etc), which then explains the price point. Nothing wrong with this, per say, just know what you're getting into there. Other manufacturers basically do the same thing with their lower priced coaches as well. Coachmen just has their entire line up designed this way.
I would take the Bounder over the Mirada, but it's not a true apples/apples comparison. That being said, I really like Fleetwood in general. So even though I'm a Coachmen owner now, a future Fleetwood or AC coach is definitely something I see in my future!
Best of luck with your decision.

I understand all the remarks here, but what matters is comfort and affordability. I have looked at all units mentioned above and have come to realize that I can travel all over the country just as well as a 150K unit and above including the DP's. Being retired I don't get in a hurry so my V10 does just fine in my 2012 Coachman Mirada 35DS. The only thing I can think of when considering other units is they do show a lot of flash in the ceilings, cabinet fronts and ceramic flooring. As far as cabinet pulls, guides and other out of site places; I don't mine making slight improvements if its needed. I will say that the Coachman is a good intermediate way to go and enjoy the country for folks that want a class A. I also will say that during my two years with the Coachman maintenance has been very easy to manage. Good luck and happy trails.

I have a 2015 bounder f35K AND i do not like the vacuflush system for the bath and a half.
The vacuflush sounds terrible when you use it at 2am. Mine cycles 70-90 times before it goes quiet.
To fleetwood we go in November, First time out our 3 way water valve went dead. No water for a week camping..
