Angry Cobra Monteray starting issues

I have a 93 Cobra Monteray that is having starting issues. New Battery new starter and replaced ground wire and hot wire. Does anyone know if the relay? on the outside on the firewall has anything to do with it I`m at my wits end here! It appears all the hot wires go into this . Thanks for any advice in advance!

What kind of starting problems? Does it turn over? What are the issues?

turn the key and you can hear the Bendix on the starter kick in and it appears to be engaging in flywheel nicely but then sounds like the battery is dead. The meter says it`s getting 12.4 at the starter. I haven't been able to check that when trying to start

Try turning the engine over by hand, with a socket on the balancer. If the bendix is engaging but the engine is turning over, and you have a new battery and a new starter, it could be something internal.
