Comfort Control T-stat replacement?

Hi Forum,

Full-timer in South Dakota, yes ... even through the winters. I have a 5-button DuoTherm Comfort Control thermostat, controlling a single-stage, single-zone Atwood 8535-IV furnace and a basic DuoTherm A/C roof unit.

I would like to replace the Comfort Control T-stat with a normal residential programmable T-stat. I realize this will NOT be a simple direct replacement, but before I invest invest time, money, hopes dreams and aspirations ...

Is this even possible?
(and if so, how?)
