Comparing roadside assistance

I'd like your opinions on road side assistance using Coach-net vs. Good Sam Club. Thanks.

Coachnet takes care to make sure you get the best service. Finding appropriate service companies that can handle your rig. Also if towing to a repair facility will find them and find out if they can handle your problem and when they can get you in.
Great service first thing they ask is are you in a safe place.

If you search here on the forum I think you will find positive and few negative remarks for both. And both much preferable over AAA, insurance attached services, etc.

Myself, I have been with Good Sam for several years - having used their services several times for both the MH and autos, with good results. That said, I have just enrolled with Coach-Net primarily due to the technical assist service feature.

Have been with Good Sam for many years. Have used the service several times and been very happy with it. I also hear very positive comments about CoachNet. I think both are good............Jim

If you look hard enough you will find negative comments about both Coach Net and Good Sam, and you will find ardent support, also, for both. We had Good Sam a few years ago and found their service to be only fair to poor. Their call center folks we had contact with really had no idea what an rv was (I was not even sure they were US based). We switched to Coach Net and their service has been superb, both in the call center and their phone tech help.

Good luck in your choice.
