Connecting New Rhino Flex Sewer Hose

I recently bought a new Rhino Flex sewer hose and found that I cannot fit it up thru the deck plate hole from under the coach, as I did with my old one, because the fitting that attaches to the sewer outlet is too big. Has anybody else experienced this same issue and have any suggestions to solve it? Is there any extension available that would run from the sewer outlet down thru the deck plate hole that would allow connection under the coach? As of now, I have to keep the wet bay compartment door open when I am hooked up to a sewer connection and I am concerned about getting wet inside and everything else associated with leaving the door open. With my old hose I could run the connection at the end of the hose up thru the deck plate from under the coach and then easily close the wet bay door. Thanks for any ideas or suggestions.

Just saw 2 of the ears off and you are good to go. It will easily go up through the hole in you floor. I did mine several years ago.
