Nada puts it high 12k that's usually pretty low on older rigs. I'd start 15k -18K if real clean on FB Marketplace you will get way more looks. It depends on where you are selling and it's worth a little more to someone that doesn't want to travel 1500 miles for a starter MH . Your up against higher gas and top end DPs no slide going 17-24K. Here's some listings top bonder is DP.

all class A 94-96 under 25K to sort the crazies and Prevost Bluebird , Foretravel ,Country coach ect

It comes down to condition, paint, interior wear, miles, maintenance records etc, with all that in excellent condition $15 to 18K would be close to max, no slides hurt resale pricing. Good luck.
