Control Panel flashing on/off

I have a 2007 Monaco Diplomat that I had replaced the chassis batteries back in April, since then I have add the RV plug into house power (50amp). I went to start the RV and the batteries are dead along with house batteries and now the panel in side is flashing on saying "testing connectivity" on goes back off again.I have already check all power coming into RV along with resting the breakers. Could this be a problem with my inverter/charger?

Thanks, Ed

sounds like it could be an issue with your charger, not inverter? When you are plugged into 50A are you certain that you are running on AC and not DC? (our coach has main 50A breakers that must be turned on to activate the 50A circuit). Otherwise it could be a charger issue - your batteries should stay charged when plugged to 50A. Good luck let us know how it turns out.

Get a multimeter and check your shore power. Start at the source and work downstream.
