Couch Replacement

I want to replace my couch in my THOR Miramar 34.2 and was wondering how hard it would be to do myself and if anyone knows vendors who sell couches?

Thanks,
Moon

Don't know how difficult the R&R is, but here is one source site:

You may help getting the new one into the door. We took out the sleeper (put in storage) and installed theater seating from Rooms to Go. I lost 2" in the table seating on one side.. we just put the skinny people there.

Nice!

Are those bolted down on the floor?
Look like you have the seatbelt made for those as well...
What is your opening dimension there?
How hard was it to remove the couch that was there?

Thanks for sharing!

They are actually screwed in place with four screws. The floor is two sheets of 3/4" plywood to extend it enough to accommodate the two chairs. The OEM couch had the seat belts so we just left them in place and use them primarily to secure the chairs during travel.
Off the top of my head, I think the total width was about 93" but not positive. In any case, there was room for the two Lazyboys with about 4-5" on each side and the Center Cabinet was custom made to fit. I think it is about 14" wide. The chairs were special order with the recliner handles on the inside next to the cabinet.

We moved the TV into another computer cabinet directly across from the chairs on a power lift so no more having to crane ones neck to see the TV.Click image for larger version

We too removed the electric couch and replaced with Laz-e-boys. Had a cabinet shop make us a fold down table for coffee. Chairs are swivel rocker recliners. They are NOT bolted down.
