Country Coach inverter/converter problem?

Hooked up to shore power in RV Park and no power. No blown fuses/breakers. Nothing on. Tried two different pedestals; talked with other campers and they had no issues. Also when running generator; it has to work extra hard to run toaster and skillet at same time and will pop breaker on the generator. We are moving to another park tonight, so will see if same happens.
We are wondering if this could be inverter/converter problem?
Was hooked up for last 2 days with no problem.

Sounds more like a problem with the ATS ( Automatic Transfer Switch ) than one with the inverter.

I'd find the ATS , and open it up; with no power supplied; and check for loose connections and inspect for damaged wiring .
