It would last a lot longer than the POS vinyl ones, I would slap a coat of white paint on it as well, should last a little longer

My POS vinyl covers are 5 years old and still like new, so maybe not all vinyl was created equal

We use the vinyl covers, but only when parked at home. Another advantage of the covers, is keeping your wheels looking nice, if you have polished aluminum. They require less/shorter touch ups to keep them shiney.
