Cross country vibration

I recently launched my boat with my Coachman Cross Country MB35 with a Cummins 6cyl 300 horse diesel and had to back in a little too far due to low water level at the launch. Motorhome runs great but now when I stop an idle it vibrates. If I shift into neutral it vibrates less but still shakes. Has anyone had this issue. I assume it was from some water intrusion since all was well before that. Again the coach drives perfectly except for the vibration when stopped at idle. The only error code I see on my Scan code reader is, 1 2063 15 127. Thank you for any help on where to look.

How far back into the water did you go. Were you past the rear axle? If so there's a chance that water got in the transmission, on my coach there is a dip stick on the lower part of the transmission. Water could have gotten in there.

I would check the transmission fluid for any signs of water, cloudy color or foaming. Any doubt I'd dump the transmission fluid, change filters, and put in new fluid. I take a sample of the old oil and send it in for analysis. I wouldn't drive it until you get the results from the sample back. If there was water intrusion you may have to repeat oil changes multiple times.

What your discribing is an engine cylinder not firing. Its running on 5 cylinders.

Get a mechanic to look at it. It may be a coincidence that it happened while launching a boat.

Many diesel and gas boat engines exhaust under water. I doubt \ hope you wouldn't go in far enough for your whole muffler to have been solid full of water.
