Any reasonable welding shop should be able to help you but used is going to be a little more difficult than new. Read Criuser Lift instructions and you'll see that the mounting plates slide over the square tube. Those mounting plates are then adjusted to fit the frame rails. Once in place, the hitch is centered and welded to the mounting plates. Do not trim the mounting plates as you need every bit of the surface are to keep things solid over the long haul. I had to have mine beefed up after the first few hundred miles after the original guy trimmed it to fit easier.
