Dash A/C not working

The vehicle A/C not working on my 2013 Fleetwood with freightliner chassis. Change the A/C compressor put a vacuum for 3 hours before adding freon. When adding freon , I pushed the A/C button on the dash and the compressor won't come on. Check compressor is plugged, and checked the circuit breaker under dash, both are good. I only found one HVAC circuit under dash, is there another one? Is there something else I'm missing? Any A/C technician out there that can help. Thanks

When the refrigerant charge is very low the compressor will not run.
This should help: Heavy Duty A/C service and repair manual
If you changed the compressor you lost the oil it contained, did you replace it with the same amount?

Not an A/C tech...and not sure of your coach a/c. The fuse for my a/c compressor is part of the harness supplied by Denso. I'll attach some pictures of mine.

It is behind the center swing out and behind the fuse blocks. You'll have to remove them to see the fuse. It's a glass cartridge fuse 10A. Good luck.

If the compressor is not kicking in the I would follow the 12v. Mine was a bad thermostat, 12v did not pass that point. Replaced it viola cold air again.
