The tech has used dye to try to find the leak, have they tried electronic leak detection? If the leak is in a hose running back to front, it will very hard to see enough of the hose runs to spot a UV dye leak. One method to determine which hose is leaking, disconnect and cap it so it can be pressure tested.
If you can determine which hose is leaking, replacement is also very difficult because of compartments, systems, and tanks mounted underneath. I'd suggest having a new hose fabricated and installed, using frame rails and zip ties to fasten the new hose in place.
All of these actions will require a new drier and evacuating and recharging the system. At least if all the steps are followed, it should only need be done once more.
