That is complicated. Somewhere near the AC equipment there will be a sticker or plate that gives the information about coolant and quantity. It may give compressor oil type and amount also. If not you need to look at the compressor, get its number, go to the compressor website and get the oil specs.

The problem is that, unless the compressor has been removed and emptied and the original leak was a blow out that blew all of the oil out you won't add the full amount. Excess oil will reduce the cooling efficiency. When the system is emptied or serviced in any way you should replace the drier or moisture will be a problem also. If this is a minor leak that emptied it over time you may not want to replace any oil. If replacing the dryer add an oz to whatever you decide.

Which compressor does your coach have? If it's a long black compressor, it's a GM A6 and has a port in the belly of the compressor. With engine off, open the port very slowly and see if oil drips out the bleed hole. If you get oil then there is enough in the compressor.
If you have one of the shorter sliver compressors, you have to remove the compressor, pour out all the oil and add the correct amount.
Check this link for the oil viscosity of your compressor.
