Red face De-winterize Thor ACE 30.1

I have a new 2014 Thor ACE 30.1 that I would like to de-winterize. My problem is, the Owners Manual does not cover this, nor does in show any of the configuration of the plumbing, including the by-pass arrangement. I have everything exposed, but have no idea where the hot water and cold water lines are coming from or going to. Lots of valves, but have not been able to understand the water flow. My 2008 Four Winds 5000 29R was easy to figure out. That owners manual was also more explicit.

Does the supplied manual , cover winterization ?
You could just run through the winterize steps in reverse order.
Are you close enough to your selling dealer to go for help?
If not , post pictures of any valves your not sure of and I'll try and guide you through it.

My Ah-Ha moment came to me around 3:30 AM this morning. I realized that the flex hose that was attached to the end of both the red and blue pecs hose were not from either the water tank or the water hose in feed. Those hoses went to the water heater, even though I could not see where they ended up. Once I thought about that, the valves made sense. Thank you for all your help.
