Diesel additives

I think it is an after-market revenue stream for Cummins, good business model.
Hey, everybody else is making $ on additives!
If I have experienced Nothing after having used Nothing all this time, what could be bad?

For a couple years Cummins did have their own "brand" of additives. I bought some last year for winter storage. Now they show that it's not in their product line so I'm not sure what's going on.
Here's a link to their literature:

I bought and used 4 pt's of their "Turbo Diesel" additive last year for storage. Haven't even used one tank of fuel since 2015 due to the late wife's poor health. Hope to get out more now.

How did I know that once I provided the proof, you would find a way to deny it. Maybe if you send your old Owner's Manual back to Cummins, they'll reprint their new position in it.

That's a good study. I've posted the same one on other posts in the forum. It's a little old but still relevant for us RVer's that own pre-DPF/DEF engines that were designed before ULSD hit the market.

Just a guess but the EPA might have made them take it off the market.
