How do you Change from dish to direct I get o sat rec now under direct dish worked help

There are a LOT of reasons that could cause your technical problems. IMHO, if you already have DirecTV, you would be well served to figure out why you're not getting satellite reception - it may be as simple as flipping some DIP switches on your satellite dish controller.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I'm not sure I could understand your entire question but to change from one carrier to the other you just need to cancel one and call the other to have the new receiver delivered and set up.

You will probably need to at least chance some settings on your dish or maybe even need a new dish.

I have Direct TV and I put the box in the motor home from the house. When I do that I have to change the dish in set up. Your dish may be listed as 16 inch round. My dish is automatic King dome and I still had to add a satellite so call Directv and find out what satellite numbers you need
