There are no set discounts on used units unlike new units that have a MSRP. Look at the NADA used price guides and RV sales sites to get a feel for prevailing asking prices.

That will depend on a lot of factors:
Dealer or private sale?
Age of coach.
Miles on it
Service records
Condition
Inspection (independent that you contract for)

Look at NADA prices but also what the rig is selling for on multiple platforms: RVTrader, Craigs List, Local papers, Used RV lots, RV sales centers, Consignment lots.

Do your research

You shouldn't expect any discount because there is no set price for any used RV. The seller can ask whatever price he likes and make it either firm or negotiable as he sees fit. He can also refuse or accept any offer, according to his own perspective.
