Just hot soapy (Dawn) water to clean off twice a year, early Spring and late Fall, and an odd brush if parked somewhere where debris could have fallen on them.

Nothing special. Twice a year cleaning with soap/water. The LR slide sags a bit and gets dirtier easier, that should be addressed.

It depends...
If vinyl coated material clean alone OK but you can protect from UV with 303 Protectant
If woven fabric (acrylic / Sunbrella) cleaning with soap will remove water repellancy. It can be restored by using 303 FABRIC GUARD recommended by Sunbrella. More details on stain removal available on Sunbrella website under Cleaning & Care
Use the right product as they are not interchangeable. 303 Fabric Guard can degrade vinyl... and 303 Protectant degrades water repellancy.
