Door for Norcold 1210
I need a lower right hand door for my Norcold 1210, mine is stainless. Probably cost prohibitive to ship so it needs to be within driving distance of Western North Carolina.
Thanks

Hi Jim! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!
Can't help with the door but wanted to say hello! Keep her between the ditches!
Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Might find one at National Recovery Service - RV salvage vehicles Home IN Liberty, NC.
Visione in KY isn't too far either. http://rvparts.visonerv.com/
Be prepared for sticker shock, though. Used RV parts are not as cheap as car parts.

Jim, those doors use an insert. The door is standard, the insert, be it wood, SS or plastic just slides in and out. There are a lot of people tossing those refers, someone should have a door available.

Thanks everyone for your replies, and Dick for your generous offer but I will see what I can come up with between now and June. The issue with my door is on the very bottom where it slides onto the hinge pin the plastic is broken. That allows the door to sag, when the door drops down the inner panel hits the floor of the fridge, due to the slope of that panel it pushes the door open and we get the beep beep beep. My fix has been to put a nylon fender washer over the hinge pin which holds the door up in place. I thought about building up the broken plastic area with J B Weld which might still be the best idea. Another issue is my Norcold may be an anomaly in that it doesn’t use insert panels, the stainless wraps smoothly around each edge of the door in one piece.
Thanks for the reply’s and if anyone has another idea on repairing the broken area on the bottom of the door I’d appreciate your thoughts.

Re-mount door
My DW opened the door last year and it fell off (A Norcold surprise??)
It was only held by a screw to a plastic molding
I drilled thru the door and installed 2 bolts to the hinge
Note that one bolt needs to be short to clear the hinge

I used JB weld on both my doors. It has held well for three years.
