Door hinges

2001 Newmar mountain aire. When we bought this the previous owner took the door off to get the couch inside. I don't believe they put the door back on right as it is now hard to shut and seems to be sagging. The heads of the bolts look like they are wearing on the door frame. Am I right? How do I fix this? First thing to do is get a carpenters framing square 1'X2' and check the door for square , by putting the square on the lower outside corner . My door has sagged nearly a 1/4" and there is no way to adjust the hinges to compensate for a sagged door.
I have managed to adjust the striker for ease of closing and had to enlarge the deadbolt plate in the frame for it's operation.
One of the joys of a 20 year old RV I guess.
