I think once you have experienced the defeat on the side of the highway and pay a big tow bill then be put at the mercy of a repair person that is only in it for the money you will understand. Good luck to all what ever you drive.
Even if the cost of the repair, say for a simple broken serpentine belt weren't the issue, the time involved for the arranging a tow, and the repair itself would certainly be an issue for us.

So, how many who have or have had a side radiator, wish that they instead had a rear radiator??? Discounting the extra money that they cost, but of course.
I'd be surprised if anyone that had a side radiator wished they had a rear radiator. I just changed both my fuel filters, which are mounted on the rear frame rail of my side radiator Dynasty. It took me 20 minutes to gather the tools, change the filters, and put the tools back. I bought a Wabco air dryer and plan to relocate the air dryer from it's current location under the coach, next to the transmission, to the rear frame rail next to the fuel filters.
