Journey 36M has a true 10K towing.

We have a 2013, been full time for over 7 years.

The GVWR 32350 the GVWCR is 42350 so full 10K towing.

We pull a 5700 lb 87 LC with off road tires. It doesn't roll easy. Can barely tell it is back there.

True, but not a 36-footer however.

We have a 2015/14 Newmar Ventana 3436, just under 35 feet that we will put on the market in October/November of 2023. Cummins 360 HP with 10,000 lb towing capacity. Under the current configuration it will only sleep two. I'm not sure on the torque, but I believe it is 800-foot pounds.
