It appears you need a "forced regen" which might require a service tech with a computer to initiate. Some coaches, possibly yours, can initiate the regen through the on board computer diagnostic display, but it will take someone familiar with your particular coach/chassis to advise.

Stay tuned.

First rule on a DEF engine is when the DEF light come and don’t slow down. When the stop engine light comes on do not shut the engine off. The engine will go into derate and while you won’t have a lot of power you can virtually always get to a shop. Often if you keep driving it will do a region and the lights will go out. But the rest of the posters are correct you may now need to take it to a shop with a computer and do a forced regen.

The OP's warning was a DPF light, not DEF.

Your warning is still valid, however, should a DEF light appear.

WE had the same problem last year and needed to be towed in for a Forced Regen.
