Dragging Brake Pads

I have a 2000 Harney and it has Hydraulic disc brakes. The coach has been sitting for about 3 months since I last drove it. Took it out last weekend and it has some noise coming from the right front brake. Press on the pedal and the noise stops. Noise comes and goes.
Got it home and jacked it up and the wheel turns but I know the pads are dragging. The left wheel spins real easy.
My question is can I pull the caliper pins out and relube and do you think it may help the slides? Brakes are all new in the last 18 months including calipers and pads. Only a little over 3,000 miles on them since replacement.
Thanks in advance for any advice. I know its not a big deal to fix after you get the wheel off. I don't have the tools to do that or the strength to handle the wheel.
It may be sitting for awhile longer, but I want it ready to go!

After a vehicle has been parked for months the rotors rust, which causes pad dragging, usually some stop N go driving cleans away the rust and brakes operate normally.

Another usual problem is old flexible hydraulic brake lines go bad inside and do not allow the easy return of hydraulic fluid from the caliper piston to the reservoir. How long since your flexible brake lines have been replaced, and fluid?

Thanks for the input. The brake lines and fluid were all changed at the same time as the rebuild was done.
I have the battery tray out now for cleaning and repainting, when I get it put back together I will drive it some more and see if it clears the problem.

Had the same problem on mine after a complete rebuild. Front left was hanging up. They replaced the proportioning valve and it fixed it.
