Thanks all the words of wisdom
The bit that has been missed is my question about whether the vehicles should be left with a full tank or near empty?

I always fill my gas tank before storing it. It's kept beside my house with full hookups.

In case of an earthquake here in California gas may not be available for several days, learned that in the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake. No power for four days in our area so gas stations couldn't pump gas.

If we do lose power with all our fires out here where they turn off power to large areas I can turn on my generator and have power for the house refrigerator and freezer plus a couple lights. 75 gallons of gas will last several days if we play it right.

A full tank is also nice when you pull out for the trip, don't have to go get gas.

Due to Covid we didn't go anywhere for a year. The coach ran fine on the year old gas when we finally took a trip.

I would keep tank full because of condensation, especially if it’s outside. If in climate-controlled indoors, not as critical. The big temperature swings are what causes condensation.
My favorite cocktail for storage is Sta-Bil with some Seafoam for good measure.
