Drinking Water Hose Length

Newbie here, first MH. I need to buy drinking water hose(s) for the MH. I have a 37' Newmar, the wet bay is just behind the axle. I realize there is probably a lot of variability in campsites, but I'm wondering if I could use a 10' hose at most campsites? I'll also need a 25 or 35 to use when hooking up at the house, but a 10' would be easier to work with at the campsite. But if its not enough for most campsites, I won't waste my money and instead just get a couple of 25 ft hoses. Thanks!

Ten foot is a bit small. Even if it reaches you'll need some slack. I always had two 25' and only used the second one a few times but I was glad I had it.

10' will not do. I carry two 25' coil hoses, and a 10' white garden hose.
75% of the time a 25 will do, 20% of the time I need 35', and 5%
of the time I need more than 35'. The coil houses are pretty easy
to store. Here is a link to the ones that have worked well for me
for 5 years and still going.

I carry two 25' water hoses. The 10' is not long enough and the 25' is only a few dollars more. I rarely need more than 25'.

I carry 2- 25 footers. Most sites I use just one but have had to use both a few times when going cross country. You never know what kind of site layout you'll wind up with. I would think most folks carry 2-25 footers with them as the above post's show....

I'd say 95% of the time 10'-12' will do.

I carry 2 - 10', 1 - 25' and 1 - 30'. Rarely use anything other than the 25' but I have on occasion used all of them. I also carry a 25' gray hose for the black tank flush.

I carry 3 10' hoses and one 25. Many times one 10' will do in a RV park. Occasionally I need the 25 and a 10. I have given up on the hoses sold by Camping World, the connections often fail after a few uses. I have found better quality drinking grade hoses on Amazon.

( 2 ) 25' water hoses are a must - maybe 10 % of the time you will need more than a single 25'. 10' definitely not enough. As well, I carry a 50' garden hose in case you want to wash the coach or hook up the black tank sprayer.

I carry 10' and 25' hoses. I normally use the 10' but the 25' has come in mighty handy several times! I used to carry a 50' but it was just too bulky!
