Drivers side pull shade will not stay down. Is there a fix?

One of the two shades on drivers side will not catch when pulled down. Is there a fix anyone can share?

Put your RV info in your signature.
And when asking a question on a component (the shade), list the make / model of the component.
Otherwise you will either get crickets or a ton of info that doesn't apply.

My shades have a string to pull down that unlocks the shade and the spring in the shade winds it up. If the pawl is "up", then it won't catch.

The shade has to be taken down. Look for dirt in the controller end and try to clean it. If it doesn’t work that end will need replacing. If not available the whole tube needs to be replaced
