A friend of mine has a 2002 Itasa Monocomonarch
Rv repair replaced hydraulic unit because slide kept inching out while driving but that didn’t stop the problem
When parked slide does not move
Wondering if if a small electrical problem cause slide to open up while driving
Thanks

Probably a bad solenoid causing that. Had that happen on mine - close the slide, then it would creep about an inch (and this was a brand new, taking delivery unit).

A usual cause of slide inching open a bit is air in the hydraulic system. Is the hyd. oil level in the reservoir up to the full mark?

When I googled your problem, google suggested that perhaps it is not fully retracting, that perhaps something might be in the way. Just a long shot, but thought I’d throw that in.
