I have driven it many, many times. It is a mountain pass, with 6-7% grades on both sides. I drive my 40' Monaco over it, towing an ATV trailer. It is a wide road with good shoulders and appropriate guardrails. I guess it would depend on what you are driving, but I wouldn't be too intimidated by it.
