I agree. purchase the right tool by doing it yourself your are saving a bunch and gaining the knowledge for future use. If I didnt have so many windows to do I would have attempted this myself.
Nice work again..

I’ll try doing some more research.
I had 4 of mine done up here in the DFW area (Collyville) at Pro RV Sales.
Maybe you will be through here in your travels and could schedule it.

Thanks Greg. I do love doing the difficult jobs on the coach. It’s one of my hobbies.

We had all of ours done by the RV Fog Doctor in Searcy, Arkansas two years ago. One day they got them all and no problems yet. Costly, but no way would I tackle that big a job. Maybe one window, but it,s done and over with.

One trick for the DYI person. Warm the tube of sealer and it will be MUCH easier to apply even with a manual gun.

Don't know who you are asking but for me it was $200 per complete window. $150 for the small one.

Windows like New after RV Fog Doctor repairs

Had both front windows defogged. The 300mile drive home was a great test. Absolute clarity!! They look like brand new windows with 2 year warranty. They have Full hook ups for customers to stay overnight. It took 4 hrs to do the repairs.

I think they charged $250 per. I think it was the same for all sizes. It was worth it as our uni has valances and the pull down shades are a pain. It was a good investment and no problems in two years.

Update of Auto Glass Boss doing our 13 fogged windows.
All 13 were done in 4 hours by two technicians. Got a deal at 90 a window didnt matter what size. 5 year warranty $1,170.00

If I had only a few would have attempted myself but hey 4 hours and done. I am good with that.

Only had one window behind coach that was a bit tight getting and replacing screws due to an enclosure that hung in front of the window a bit. Couldnt figure out how to remove it but tech did a great job with small ratchet with screw tip. He even had a right angle adapter for his dewalt but it was to large to use. ( had go go buy one of those right angle adapters )

Now a member of the clear window club with Ya'll

Get those front windows fixed. Sun or headlights hitting them can almost make it impossible to see traffic.

We did "RV GLASS REPAIR SERVICES, 510 N. Spring Street, Greensboro, NC 27401. They custom build the tinted tempered double pane glass. They have a large selection of templets of RV windows that they loaded in to a CAD system. I would be surprised if they don't have yours.

They have 4 RV spots to spend the night. Water and 50 amp connection.

DD and GK's live outside of Raleigh, NC. So we stopped by on one trip, they double checked the templet's they thought we had and gave us a quote. About two weeks before our next we called and scheduled the service for first thing in the morning for two windows. Arrived the night before , spent the night at there RV site. They started the work at 8am, finished by 11 am.

They asked us not to operate the window for 72 hours. Tinting is spot on, all is good. Would use them again.
