Power slide out trays. I do have to duck under the slide to open the hatch, but there is a switch on the edge of the door that activates the slide.

Not sure what they would cost to retrofit, but dang they are convenient.

I use the Troxell USA Super Soft Knee Pad. Check Amazon. Been using them for several years.

I keep the el-cheap-o Harbor Freight knee pads in the basement of the bus along with a rolling stool. They cost less than $5. They help. I also have foam kneel pads. Just had a knee replacement 7 weeks ago.

I got the tee shirts for banging head, cutting forehead, scratching knees, and hurting back with the dang storage in our last coach.

I plug in power, open the two doors with the power switches for the trays, and then deploy slides. When I saw the powered trays, I was sold. Wife waxed poet about all other features of the coach..they had me at powered slides. Well, the diesel power and ride helped too.....

This what I use. By turning it upside down it has a rubber pad for the knees and handles for getting up again. Right side up it make a great stool/seat with pockets for tools. Plus it folds up flat.
