ECM/PCM 10A Fuse Blowing

Previously smoked ECM due to low batt voltage with engine running (bad alternator). Had ECM repaired/tested and reinstalled. Engine starts using temp fuel supply to injectors and with fuel pump relay removed; then blows 10a ECM batt supply fuse after a few seconds of operation. When powered from another higher amperage fuse (jumpered) the engine starts and continues to run. However, obviously draws excess amperage as measured from heating of jumper. With fuel pump relay removed, the wiring schematic only shows the oil pressure switch on line providing redundant power to fuel pump; also a fuel cycle module that I can't find. The few seconds delay is consistent each time. Motorhome is dug in and too low to get to fuel pump connections. Does anything here suggest any answer to you more experienced mechanics? Sure has me stumped. Thank you.
