Since the TVs are out, it could be the entertainment inverter. This is the 12 volt to 120 volt device that goes to your entertainment system outlets. It has either a breaker or a GFI. And it can be just 300 watts so kinda small. It's for the satellite receiver, the antenna control and power, and the TV(s) so if you're watching a game, and the power goes out, it doesn't take the satellite receiver those typical 5 minutes to get you up and running again.
Look around your entertainment system cabinets for such a device.
