2005 Fleetwood expedition 38N. I replaced my EMC Board above the entry steps in my RV 7 months ago. The board had blown. It has worked fine on several camping trips. I arrived at latest camp opportunity yesterday. I set up and all seems to be fine. I happen to look at my EMC board to see I was only showing 30 Amps on the read out. All lights were lit showing all things were powered up. I am plugged into a 50 amp system. So I call the campground and they happen to have a person to check the pedestal power to see if that was the issue. The power was 50 amp as it should be. I then checked the read out on my hard wired progressive surge protector and it showed both legs were powered and there were no codes on that system. I then call the RV Tech that had replaced the EMC board and installed the Surge to get his input. We decided to reboot. So I shut down all breakers in my coach breaker box. I also shut down both battery control switches. I unplugged from the pedestal power. Waited 10 minutes and plugged all back in. No joy still 30 amp showing on EMC Board. I shut off my inverter breaker in the coach and when I did the EMC Board then changed to 50 amp. When I move the inverter breaker back on the EMC Board jumps back to 30amp. The breaker switches on the front of the inverter are both in the on position. I don't have a volt meter and I am not electrical savvy. Has anyone got a clue. I am supposing I have lost another EMC board??? Or the inverter is doing something crazy....I am fine with the 30 amps for now it is not real hot........tks for any advice I love IRV 2.....GlenB

I would be suspicious of the new board since that was the only thing that is different. In some manner it is not getting along with the inverter. Good luck.
