Never rent out a RV. Too many things break, too many liabilities, untrained drivers have more accidents, things wear out faster, downtime fixing things. I won't even loan to family.

I don't have much of a choice. Got laid off 6 months after I bought it. Cant afford to sell it, nor do I really want to if renting it pays for itself.

Although the original problem has been corrected the 12.6 VDC battery volts might be a problem. If you are plugged into shore power (or the generator is running) and the charger/converter is working properly battery volts should be 13.2 VDC or greater indicating a charge voltage is being applied.
